Kathy is a novelist. Her rock novel series includes “Head Case - A Rock and Roll Novel,” and its sequel, “Whiplash.” She is currently in the final edit of the third book in the series, titled “Haven.”  In addition to her rock novel series, Kathy has a short story in each of the two ”Secrets: Fact or Fiction” books, edited by Diane J. Newton.  She has had an article published in “Dollworld Magazine” and poetry at Apollo’s Lyre.

She has been a rabid music fan her entire life, working for the rock band Ript in the early 90s, where she was responsible for their fan newsletter, live stage photography and merchandise sales. Ript opened up for acts such as Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Jake E. Lee, Kiss’ Ace Frehley and the Smashing Pumpkins.  She is the moderator of bookrock, an Internet mailing list devoted to books about rock’n’roll.
